Six people were in an tunnel in California, when they spotted a man with a plastic bag over his head crouching, wearing boxer shorts, and not wearing any footwear. The witnesses got their smartphones out and photographed the man, and when they went to talk to him, he just stood up and walked away to the woods, plastic bag still in head.
